Job Description
Temp to hire assignment. Approximate 4 week turnaround to hire. Lovely waterfront office.
- Greet clients and prospective clients in a friendly and sincere manner, making them feel comfortable when they visit the office.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and our telephone software.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Send periodic client correspondence.
- Coordinates the assembly and mailing of client paperwork.
- Handle firm calendars for the Wealth Advisor(s) and others in the office.
- Manage office supplies.
- Coordinate outside vendors.
- Coordinate client events.
- Assist with digital Content and Marketing.
- Assist with Quickbooks Administration.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
