Meridian Collision Center, Puyallup, WA is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative. Qualifications: Must be able to Multi-task in a fast-paced environment and communicate well with customers. Ability to greet and engage with customers on the phone and in person. Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. General Responsibilities: Greeting and checking in customers. Must have great phone etiquette and scheduling skills. Set up repair order files. Customer service-orientated and positive upbeat attitude. Basic computer/typing skills (will train on collision repair software). The ability to Multi-task is mandatory. Effective communicator and team player. Organized and detail-oriented. Taking payments. Filing. Time management. Compensation: $18.00-21.00 per hour (DOQ). Paid holidays. Paid vacation. Medical.
