Our Front Office Manager role requires a flexible schedule. You will start each day by greeting guests with a warm smile, ensuring their check-in process is seamless. Throughout the day, you'll lead the front desk team, and manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently. You will handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and ensure that guest requests are accommodated. Your role guarantees the front desk area remains clean and presentable, and that all hotel services are effectively communicated. You'll maintain positive guest relations and ensure billing accuracy while complying with our policies and procedures. By the end of the day, you've made sure every guest feels valued and every interaction runs smoothly.
Schedule:
Thursday- Tuesday 1:00 pm- 9:00 pm. This position will also require some flexibility, as you will be the first point of contact for desk coverage.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability and experience managing a team
- Proficiency in using a computer
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to push, pull, bend, and reach
- Ability to effectively communicate with our guests and our team
- Must have a flexible schedule
