Job Description
Job Title: Front Office Automation Tester Job Location: 277 Park Avenue, New York, NY, 10172 (Hybrid) Job Duration: 12 months + Extension Summary:
- Responsible for designing and executing automated test scripts to validate the functionality and performance of trading and financial front office applications.
- Develop and maintain automated test cases for front office systems including trading platforms, order management systems, or market data feeds.
- Collaborate with front office users, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and testing priorities.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure application stability and accuracy.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Ensure test coverage aligns with business processes and compliance requirements.
- Document test plans, test data, and test results for audit and reporting purposes.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of trading workflows, financial instruments, and market data systems.
- Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Agile development and continuous integration tools. Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Fixed Income and Derivative products experience- SWAP, CAP Floors, Swaptions, Bonds.
- API and UI Autromation experience.
