EXPERIENCE IN FRONT OFFICE IS A MUST
The Essential Job Functions are:
- Answer phones
- Greet patients
- Remind patients of their appointment. Reschedule the missed appointments
- Keep the front office area and bathrooms clean
- Stock all exam rooms
- Recruit and screen patients for assigned studies
- Provide education to patients to help with compliance and retention
- Complete all relevant site-level trainings in a timely manner
- Understand all internal policies and procedures approved by the Medical Director, Site Director, and any other departments.
- MUST BE Bilingual
- Scanning and data entry.
- Other office task as required by supervisor
