This includes customer communication through phone, text & email. - Working with the Office Manager to push customer invoices through the shipping process
- Assisting customers with questions as they relate to our shipping processes
- Moving various projects forward with research and innovative ideas
- Previous work experience in customer service a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Quick and adaptable learner
- Excellent communicator
- Team player with a positive attitude; collaborative with colleagues
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills a must
