Job Description
The Front Office Supervisor at The Verve Hotel- Boston Natick plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient front desk operations, providing exceptional guest service and supporting the front office team. This position requires a proactive leader who can manage daily activities, resolve guest concerns, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front desk activities to ensure seamless service and operations.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to front office staff to uphold high standards of guest service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and requests.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction and minimize wait times.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Assist in preparing reports related to front office activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of (1) year of supervisory role experience preferred.
- Minimum of (2) years hotel/resort experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and a professional demeanor.
- Proficient with front desk software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work PM shifts including weekends and holidays.
