Job Description
We are looking for a part-time, reliable, and experienced Front Desk Support Staff member for a busy Psychiatric Specialty Outpatient Clinic.
- Part-time, in-person position (approximately 30- 35 hours per week)
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM/8:00 PM
- Location: York County
- Starting hourly rate is $15.00/hr
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answering multi-line phone system and directing calls as needed
- Schedule/Reschedule/Cancel client appointments in EHR system
- Check Client's in for their appointments
- Check out client's after their appointments
- Verifying funding sources and referral types
- Coordinating services with other departments
- Perform all other office tasks, as assigned
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in an office setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge
- Bilingual speaking skills in Spanish and English
Credentials:
- PA Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)
- PA Criminal History Clearance (Act 34)
- PA Department of Human Services FBI Clearance: Use service code 1KG738
- Educational Documentation: High School Diploma or GED
