- Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- Update and maintain accurate patient charts and records
- Verify insurance details before appointments
- Collect billing information and process payments
- Answer and direct phone calls as needed
- 2-3 years experience in an eye care setting preferred
- 2-3 years of medical scheduling experience
- 2-3 years of charting experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
- Detail oriented with accuracy in data entry
