Taylor Made Connections is hiring a Frontier Marketing Coordinator to keep our campaigns moving. The Mission: What You’ll Do as a Frontier Marketing Coordinator:

• Generate sales insights and marketing strategies to continuously improve existing strategies. You will plan face-to-face campaigns to boost brand awareness.
• Bring your plans to life. As a Frontier Marketing Coordinator, you will execute marketing strategies that align with your goals.
• Meet and engage with customers to identify sales possibilities and look for opportunities to upsell or cross sell based on their household needs.
• Assist customers with account set-up, enrollment, and plans. You are a key contributor to their first positive experience with Frontier.
• Gather feedback and analyze marketing trends to continually improve future campaigns.
• Provide recommendations to improve marketing strategies and sales performance.
• Track marketing campaign performance, customer interactions, and sales results.
• Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of marketing events or display materials.

Your Qualifications as a Frontier Marketing Coordinator:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior marketing or coordination experience required. Administrative, retail, or any organized role is a plus but not necessary.
• You can keep track of multiple tasks and details.
• You are comfortable using basic computer tools.
• You communicate clearly with team members and customers.
• You have dependable transportation to and around Houston, TX.
• You're coachable, organized, and ready to learn.
