The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is looking for a FT - Spa/Fitness - Locker Room Attendant to join our amazing Tocasierra Spa Team!Hours: AM/PM including weekends and holidays

    Service guests’ as needed, handing out towels, robes, sandals, locker assistance, refreshments and other amenities. 

  • Maintain the day-to-day cleaning of the Fitness/Spa (with main emphasis on locker rooms, including removal of trash and soiled linen, terry etc.). Maintain clean linen supplies, launder linens and prepare product supplies for daily treatments.

    A Spa/Fitness Locker Room Attendant takes part in servicing our guests around our beautiful Resort.   This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction.  If you are outgoing, and enjoy the being outdoors and are looking for great benefits, please join our Amazing Team!

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    Must have the ability to communicate in English.  Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.   Self-motivating personality with  good  problem  resolution  skills. Strong  verbal  and  written  communication  skills  with  attention  to  detail.   Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.   Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extending arms over head to perform cleaning tasks.  School diploma or equivalent preferred.

    In order to maintain a positive guest and associate experience, your work habits should always meet and strive to exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality and attendance.  You should be adaptable to change in your work area and in hotel procedures with a willingness to learn new skills and/or improve existing ones, have the ability to solve routine problems that occur on the job and ask for help whenever you are not sure how to do something.

    Safety & Security:

    The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Crescent. Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures, particularly regarding key controls, lifting heavy objects, using chemicals, and effectively reporting safety hazards and safety concerns.
