We are seeking a poised and service-driven Keyholder to support store leadership and shape an elevated in-store experience. This role blends sales leadership, clienteling, and operational excellence—ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand’s distinct point of view.

The Role

• Lead with presence on the floor, delivering a refined and personalized client experience
• Inspire and support the team to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Build lasting client relationships through a high-touch, clienteling approach
• Bring the collection to life through product knowledge, styling, and storytelling
• Support store operations, including opening/closing, transactions, and inventory
• Maintain impeccable visual standards and a polished, on-brand environment
• Contribute to in-store events and bespoke services, including custom and permanent jewelry

Profile

• Retail leadership experience, ideally within jewelry or luxury
• Strong sales acumen with a client-first mindset
• Polished communication and confident floor presence
• Detail-oriented with an eye for presentation and experience
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Compensation: As required by the New York State salary transparency law, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $23.00- $27.00 an hour.
