Job Description

Critical Access Nurse (RN) – Night Shift | Full-Time PermanentSign-on Bonus

Connected Health Care is partnering with a respected critical access hospital to hire a dedicated Night Shift Nurse (RN) for a full-time permanent opportunity. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a close-knit community while working in a supportive team environment.

Schedule: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM Every 3rd weekend required

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $34–$42/hr base pay

  • Night Shift Differential: RN +$8/hr 

  • Weekend Differential: +$3/hr

  • Potential Sign-On Bonus

  • PTO and Pension Plan

  • Excellent benefits package

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care across assigned nursing unit

  • Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress

  • Collaborate with providers and clinical staff

  • Maintain high standards of safety and quality care

Requirements:

  • Active Kansas RN license

  • Ability to work independently in a night shift setting

  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
