Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support an Acute Care team in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role is essential in assisting with patient care, supporting Registered Nurses and physicians, and ensuring a high standard of care is maintained during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians*
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition*
- Administer medications and treatments as directed*
- Assist with patient assessments, admissions, and discharges*
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation*
- Support the care team in delivering efficient and effective patient care*
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and adherence to care plans
Education & Certification Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Oklahoma (or compact license, if applicable)*
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program*
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required*
- Additional certifications may be required based on facility guidelines

- Previous experience in acute care or hospital setting preferred*
- Strong clinical support and patient care skills*
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment*
- Comfortable working night shifts and rotating weekends*
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
