Ledcor is looking for skilled Fuel & Lube Technicians to join our teams in Nevada and Idaho. If you take pride in your work, know your way around heavy equipment, and want steady, long-term work-this is the job for you.
You'll play a key role keeping machines fueled, maintained, and ready to go.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Safely fuel and service heavy equipment using a lube/service truck
- Perform daily inspections and flag repair or maintenance needs
- Keep oils, lubricants, and service supplies stocked and organized
- Work closely with maintenance and operations to minimize downtime
- Follow all company, client, and MSHA safety requirements
- Take ownership of equipment readiness and site safety
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Lube Tech or similar role
- Solid understanding of heavy equipment servicing and components
- MSHA Part 48 Metal/Nonmetal required (support provided for updates)
- Clean driver's abstract (dated within 30 days)
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
Work Conditions:
- Rotating shifts, 10-12 hours per day
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
