Seeking a professional candidate whose primary role will be to provide support for the fuel billing department. Attention to detail and accuracy, time management, good verbal and written communication skills, reliability and ability to work alone or as part of a team are all required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing fuel transactions and invoices with accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer contracts
- Analyze bill of ladings, reconcile discrepancies, and generate invoices
- Processing daily customer draft notices
- Reconciling monthly customer charges
- Assist with monthly closing process
- Complete special projects by collecting, analyzing, & summarizing account information
- PC Literacy Required - MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new software quickly & efficiently
- Reliable transportation to and from work
