About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse. Responsibilities may include loading/unloading, packing/shipping, scanning/labeling, inventory handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Pay Rate: $19.50/hourAvailable Shift Times: Various shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inventory*
• Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications*
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment*
• Maintain accurate inventory records*
• Scan and label inventory items*
• Organize and store inventory safely and efficiently*
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise*
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment*
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized*
• Follow all safety procedures*
• Report safety hazards or concerns immediately*
• Communicate effectively with other team members

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment*
• Strong organizational and time-management skills (including dependable attendance)*
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team*
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds*
• Ability to push utility carts up to 60 pounds*
• Ability to use carts, dollies, and hand trucks*
• Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)*
• Ability to work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
