Your Role at Delta Faucet
Do you enjoy solving complex problems in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment? Delta Faucet is seeking a Fulfillment Network Optimization Leader to design, optimize, and continuously improve our finished goods fulfillment network. This role is critical to supporting growth, improving customer service, and reducing total logistics cost through advanced analytics, network design, and operational excellence.
The Fulfillment Network Optimization Leader owns fulfillment strategy from ideation through implementation, leveraging data, modeling, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive velocity, resiliency, and cost efficiency across the distribution network. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to translate insights into scalable, sustainable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of the end‑to‑end fulfillment network, balancing cost, service, capacity, and growth objectives
- Develop and apply advanced analytics, modeling, and scenario analysis to support network strategy, capacity planning, and investment decisions
- Establish and manage performance measurement frameworks, including dashboards, scorecards, and KPI analytics, to monitor service, cost, and operational health
- Translate analytical insights into actionable initiatives, ensuring clear accountability, execution discipline, and measurable results
- Evaluate current and future fulfillment capacity requirements, including warehouse space, labor, automation, and technology needs
- Partner with internal teams (Supply Chain, Transportation, Customer Service, IT, Finance, and Real Estate) to align fulfillment strategies with enterprise goals
- Support identification, evaluation, and onboarding of fulfillment solutions, technologies, and service models that enhance network flexibility and performance
- Lead cost structure analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting for fulfillment operations, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Draft, implement, and manage operating frameworks, service expectations, and governance models for fulfillment execution
- Project‑manage strategic initiatives such as network redesigns, facility launches, process transformations, and system implementations
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by applying MOS Principles and data‑driven problem‑solving methodologies
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and innovations in fulfillment, distribution, and supply chain analytics to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, with emphasis in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, warehousing, or operations
- Demonstrated experience in fulfillment or distribution network optimization, capacity planning, or large‑scale operational analytics
- Strong background in data analysis, performance measurement, and business case development; experience with modeling tools and advanced Excel/BI platforms preferred
- Experience working with ERP, WMS, and related supply chain systems; strong understanding of inventory flows and controls
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing cost savings, service improvements, and scalable operational solutions
- Strong project management, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Willingness to travel as needed (estimated 25%, fluctuating based on project and business needs)

Hiring Range: $76,400.00 - $120,010.00 USD
