Key Responsibilities:

• • Provide personalized care to patients including hygiene, grooming, and assistance with daily activities.
  • Take and record vital signs, height, and weight as necessary.
  • Assist patients with mobility and transfers.
  • Develop and maintain a safe environment for quality patient care.

Requirements:

• • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of a nursing assistant program.
  • Certification as a CNA preferred.
  • CPR certification and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
  • Minimum one year of documented experience preferred.
