We are seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to take full ownership of our accounting operations. This is a mission-critical role supporting multiple business units and ensuring accurate payroll, financial reporting, and compliance across all systems.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing all bookkeeping functions, managing payroll through a third-party provider, and reconciling and reporting financial activity across multiple service divisions. You'll work daily in QuickBooks Online and ServiceTitan, validate automated technician commission calculations, and coordinate payroll, tax filings, and year-end reports. You'll also collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external financial partners.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple entities in QuickBooks Online

Oversee and validate automated technician commission and payout calculations in ServiceTitan

Manage third-party payroll processing and ensure tax filing compliance

Prepare financial reports monthly, quarterly, and annually

Reconcile accounts payable, receivable, credit cards, and intercompany balances

Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes, W-2s, and 1099s

Collaborate with department leaders and external CPA teams

Oversee external bookkeeping vendors as needed

Uphold internal financial controls and process accuracy

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience

Advanced QuickBooks Online experience

Familiarity with ServiceTitan or other service software (preferred) - a lot of the day to day accounting is done in Service Titan.

Strong understanding of payroll, commission structures, and compliance

Experience supporting multi-entity operations

Ability to work independently with high accuracy and integrity
