Highlighted Duties:

As the Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you'll manage accounting functions for a diverse portfolio of business clients, serving as a trusted resource to help keep their financial records accurate and organized throughout the year.

• Managing the full accounting cycle for multiple client accounts
• Performing month-end and year-end close activities
• Preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts
• Reconciling bank accounts and credit cards
• Preparing financial statements and supporting schedules
• Maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks Online
• Assisting with year-end tax preparation support
• Working with a variety of industries and business sizes
• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of bookkeeping engagements

Highlighted Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
• Experience managing books for multiple companies or clients preferred
• Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online required
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Degree not required; relevant bookkeeping experience is valued
