Full-Cycle Sales Representative

Position Overview
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, building relationships with homeowners, and guiding customers through the roofing inspection, proposal, and project process. This role plays an important part in delivering the Mockingbird Roofing promise of quality workmanship, professionalism, and outstanding service.
The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-focused, and driven to help homeowners protect and improve their properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, door-to-door outreach, and marketing initiatives
- Conduct roof inspections and assess homeowners' roofing needs
- Educate customers on roofing systems, materials, and solutions tailored to their property
- Prepare and present project proposals and estimates
- Assist homeowners through the insurance claim process for storm-related damage when applicable
- Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with project managers and installation teams to ensure successful project completion
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions
- Represent Mockingbird Roofing with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, roofing sales, construction sales, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Ability to inspect roofs and explain roofing systems (training provided if needed)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed
