Job Description
Reeder's isn't a typical gas station - we're known for offering true full service and taking great care of both our customers and their vehicles. As a Full-Service Drive Attendant, you'll be part of a team-oriented environment where customer service matters, training is provided, and your work makes a visible difference.

What You Will Do:
As a Full-Service Drive Attendant, you are responsible for delivering outstanding service while assisting customers and caring for their vehicles. In this role, you will:
Greet customers enthusiastically and engage them in a friendly, professional manner
Dispense fuel into customer vehicles safely and accurately
Check tire pressure
Wash vehicle windows diligently
Politely engage customers in conversation and educate them on products available in the convenience store
Suggest when customers may benefit from meeting with one of Reeder's Automotive Technicians
Operate registers as needed
Perform routine cleaning and restocking in the Full-Service Drive, Self-Service Drive, C-Store, and car wash areas
Complete routine opening and closing duties and other tasks as assigned
This position reports to the Operations Manager and C-Store Assistant Manager.

A positive attitude and a strong customer-service mindset
The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Reliability, punctuality, and accountability
Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions and standing for extended periods
The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, lift 20 lbs overhead, squat repeatedly, and occasionally climb ladders
The ability to clearly communicate with customers and coworkers
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
No formal education is required. Food Handler's and ABLE permits are required as age-appropriate. Reeder's will help you obtain these permits if needed. Day and night shifts are available.
