Job Description
Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Java/Python) Location : Remote Duration : Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical expert deployed on-demand to high-priority projects requiring architectural guidance or hands-on problem-solving.
- Rapidly assess unfamiliar systems and technologies to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and implement scalable solutions.
- Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to validate proposed designs and demonstrate feasibility.
- Engage in hands-on coding and scripting as needed to support development teams.
- Provide architectural oversight and technical mentorship to project teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of system design and development practices.
- 7+ years of experience in software development and system architecture.
- Proven expertise as a Full Stack Developer, with strong proficiency in Java and Python.
- Solid experience with Python scripting for automation and integration tasks.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services and cloud-native application development.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration (hands-on experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, systems, and networking concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.a
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in fast-paced environments.
- Formal education in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Experience working in a consulting or solutioning team environment.
- Exposure to middleware, proprietary systems, and custom enterprise applications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
