Job Description
NorthHill Technology Resources has a needs for Full Stack Software Developers to support a Federal Program in Springfield, VA. These are direct-hire roles with our client, a fast-growing Federal Integrator. Due to the nature of the work, an active TS/SCI Clearance is required.We are looking for TS/SCI cleared full stack Software Developers/Software Engineers with a strong understanding of OPIR image processing or expertise in missile systems, remote sensing, and sensor fusion. You will support a large R&D program that is focused on providing advanced intelligence capabilities for the benefit of the DoD and IC communities. You will be part of a very high-visibility project on a mid-sized team where you will work with application development teams across the software development life cycle, creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
Required Must Have Skills
- 7+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications
- 7+ years of experience in software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
- Experience in Python coding
- Experience leading end-to-end design, scoping, and implementation of Cloud-based tools
- Experience in image processing, data exploitation, and analysis algorithm development
- Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
- TS/SCI clearance required with CI Poly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or an Engineering field
- Experience using back end and front-end languages to develop complete solutions
- Experience with software configuration management using Git
- Experience with containerization tools and techniques

- Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization
