Job Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the World of Tanks Console team, with a strong focus on backend systems and live-service platform integration. While the role is titled "Full Stack," the day-to-day work is heavily weighted toward backend engineering - building and maintaining the services that support core gameplay systems, player data, and platform integrations across a live, high-traffic console title.

What will you do?
- Design, build, and maintain backend services supporting live-service functionality for World of Tanks Console
- Develop and integrate platform-specific authentication and services (Xbox, PlayStation Network, Steam)
- Design and implement REST APIs used across internal and platform-facing systems
- Work with distributed messaging systems to support scalable, event-driven architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and performance of production systems
- Contribute to infrastructure and deployment practices using containerized and orchestrated environments
What are we looking for?
- Strong proficiency in Python, including async Python (asyncio)
- Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL
- Experience with RabbitMQ / AMQP messaging systems
- Experience with Redis
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of REST API design principles
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Experience with Django
- Experience with OAuth2 / JWT, particularly for platform authentication (Xbox, PSN, Steam)
- Experience with Kafka
- Experience with Elasticsearch
- Familiarity with Twisted
Nice to have / can be developed on the job:
- Experience with gaming platform APIs (Xbox Live, PSN, Steam)
- Familiarity with Python 2.7
Work mode
- Hybrid (3 days of work from the office).
- This role isn't eligible for relocation & immigration support.
