Job Description

We're hiring skilled 10‑key data entry operators to help process digital claim images with speed and accuracy. You'll work directly from on‑screen claim snapshots, confirming system‑captured fields and quickly correcting any numeric or highlighted errors. The workflow is fast, guided, and ideal for candidates who excel in high‑volume numeric entry

Required TestingIf your background includes the preferred 1 year of data entry experience, we may reach out to schedule a brief screening call and provide instructions to complete the required 10‑key test.WORKSITE: 820 Stillwater Road, West Sacramento, CAWORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. COMPENSATION: $19.00 per hourWHAT YOU'LL DO:Enter claim data with speed and precision

Maintain 9,000 keystrokes per hour with 99% accuracy

Meet daily and weekly production KPIsReview and correct data deficiencies

Perform quality checks to ensure compliance

Protect confidentiality of sensitive information

Complete tasks within established deadlines

Maintain reliable attendance per companyWHAT YOU'LL BRING:High school diploma or equivalent1 year of data entry experience preferred

Ability to key a minimum of 9,000 KPH at 99% accuracy

Strong attention to detail and self‑motivationAbility to work independently in a fast‑paced production environment

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet navigation
