Required Skills: Proven experience in healthcare management or healthcare administration Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational operations comprehensively Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans Knowledge of local, state, federal, and accreditation regulations affecting healthcare facilities Fiscal responsibility and resource management expertise Adept at quality improvement initiatives and patient satisfaction strategies BLS certification; preferred ACLS certification Proficiency in computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and email Nice to Have Skills: RN license with active state certification Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field ASC or ambulatory surgery center management experience CASC certification or AORN Ambulatory Surgery Administrator Certificate Experience with marketing and public relations within healthcare settings Preferred Education and Experience: Minimum of two years of healthcare management or healthcare administration experience Prior leadership roles within surgical centers or ambulatory surgery settings Business and financial management background Other Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Ability to work a 40-hour week, typically from 8 AM to 5 PM Willingness to cooperate and coordinate with leadership teams and external regulatory bodies Strong ethical character and commitment to continuous personal and professional growth Take the next step in your healthcare leadership journey—apply now to make a difference at a reputable surgical center dedicated to quality, innovation, and patient care excellence!
