Chick-fil-A: Now Hiring FULL TIME Associates (18+)

Being one of our FULL TIME Associates at Chick-fil-A is the PERFECT job for anyone retired with a fun and willing spirit to serve.

As one of our FULL TIME ASSOCIATES at Chick-fil-A, you’ll be the friendly face that ensures our guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and positive dining experience. You’ll help create the inviting environment Chick-fil-A is known for by maintaining your area of the restaurant (front or back), engaging in conversation with guests and team members, and supporting the overall team in whatever way needed.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional experiences for our guests
Smile and maintain eye contact to create a welcoming atmosphere
Communicate enthusiastically and effectively with guests and fellow team members
Work efficiently as part of a team, adapting to various tasks
Uphold Chick-fil-A's values and standards at all times
Perform other duties as assigned
Help us maintain a consistent and clean enviornment for everyone both inside and outside of our restaurant

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older and available to work a full time schedule
Consistent and reliable with a joyful and cheerful attitude
Passionate about serving and helping others
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Willing to work a flexible schedule, including peak periods and weekends and holidays
