COMPETENCIES
- Has 3+ years of experience in general dentistry.
- Is proficient in root canals, extractions, dentures, partials, and surgical extractions.
- Is empathetic with an excellent bedside manner and a strong sense of ethics and integrity in diagnosis.
- Is a team player, coachable, motivated, and has a positive attitude.
- Is trainable and open to mentoring to support and close larger cases through our sister full-arch implant business. Associates earn production incentives for same-day impressions and diagnosing high-value cases.
- Is committed to personal, professional, and financial (PPF) growth, setting 1-, 3-, and 5-year goals alongside our dedicated team.
- Spanish bilingual is a plus but not required. All our team is bilingual.
