Connected Health Care is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time permanent position with a top-tier healthcare partner in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve physical function and mobility
Provide therapeutic interventions and techniques based on clinical findings
Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and rehabilitation goals
Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care, progress, and outcomes
Promote a positive and safe environment that fosters healing and recovery
Education & Certification Requirements:
Doctorate or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active New Mexico Physical Therapy License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
CPR/BLS certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
New graduates welcome with strong clinical experience
