Job Description

Job Summary:Schlossmann Subaru City Of Milwaukee, a leading automotive dealership in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time Automotive Parts Driver to join our team. This position is a crucial role in our dealership, responsible for delivering automotive parts to vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of automotive parts, excellent customer service skills, and a valid driver's license.Compensation & Benefits:This is a full-time hourly position with a starting compensation of $18 per hour. In addition, our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan.Responsibilities:- Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver automotive parts to customers and vendors in a timely manner- Load and unload parts onto the company vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing for safe transport- Check and verify parts against invoices and order sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliveries- Collect payments for COD orders and maintain proper records of transactions- Keep a clean and organized delivery vehicle, including regular maintenance and inspections- Provide exceptional customer service when delivering parts, including answering any questions or concerns- Assist with inventory management and stocking shelves when not delivering partsRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Previous experience in the automotive industry and a strong knowledge of automotive parts- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints or concerns- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Basic math and computer skillsEEOC Statement:Schlossmann Subaru City Of Milwaukee is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply for this position.
