Your Role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical services and supporting the growth of both clients and team members.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention programs
  • Providing caregiver training and ongoing support to families
  • Supervising, training, and mentoring Behavior Technicians and RBTs
  • Reviewing client progress and making data-driven treatment decisions
  • Collaborating with clinical leadership to ensure quality outcomes
  • Participating in program development and quality assurance initiatives
  • Supporting a positive, team-oriented clinical culture

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities
  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Be a master problem-solver, ability to think globally, and sound decision-making skills
  • Passion for improving outcomes for children and families through evidence-based ABA services
  • At least 3 years of experience working in ABA field
