🌟 What You’ll DoAs a Budtender, you’ll be the face of our dispensary—educating and guiding customers through our curated selection of top-tier cannabis products. You’ll help ensure every guest leaves with the right product and a great experience.

Day-to-day duties include:

Delivering exceptional customer service with a professional and positive attitude
Educating customers about product options, effects, and proper usage
Maintaining accurate cash handling and POS procedures
Supporting inventory management, stocking, and store cleanliness
Keeping up with cannabis trends and product knowledge
Upholding compliance standards with state and local laws

🧑‍💼 What We’re Looking For

Must be 21+ with a valid MA ID or Driver’s License
Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Customer service experience (2+ years preferred)
Previous budtending or retail sales experience a plus
Must pass a background check (CORI)
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Passion for cannabis and a willingness to learn

Full-Time Only: 5 shifts/week
Store Hours:
- Monday: 8AM–5PM
- Tuesday: 8AM–9PM
- Wednesday: 8AM–9PM
- Thursday: 9AM–9PM
- Friday: 8AM–10PM
- Saturday: 8AM–10PM
- Sunday: 8AM–9PM
Open availability required (we schedule fairly and with flexibility)
