• Near Flagstaff, AZ Connected Health Care is currently seeking a skilled CT Technologist for our client, a reputable hospital in Flagstaff, AZ. We are looking for a talented professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Job Description: - Operate computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues
• Position patients correctly to get the best possible images
• Administer contrast agents when necessary
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and make diagnoses
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure the safety of patients during procedures
• Follow radiation safety procedures to protect patients, themselves, and other team members
• Maintain and calibrate equipment, as well as assist with quality control and quality assurance activities Education and Certification Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
• Certification in CT by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Current BLS certification Experience Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital setting
