Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Full-Time Back-End ScheduleWebster City, IA | Full-Time | 3 Days Per Week | 12-Hour ShiftsWork Full-Time Hours in Just 3 Days a Week!One Vision is hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Webster City for a consistent back-end schedule.Why You'll Love This ScheduleThree 12-hour shifts. Four days off. Full-time employment.You'll work every Saturday plus two additional days between Wednesday-Friday, for a total of 36 hours per week.Every Saturday + 2 days between Wednesday-Friday12-hour shifts36 hours per week4 days off each week

We provide paid training and the tools you need to succeed.What You'll DoAs a Direct Support Professional, you'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they build independence, participate in their community, and live life on their terms.Your shift may include:Supporting daily activities such as cooking, personal care, laundry, and household tasks

Helping individuals build independence and confidence

Going on community outings, activities, appointments, and events

Providing transportation using approved vehicles

Assisting with medications according to training and procedures

Supporting grocery shopping and personal finances

Completing electronic documentation

Building positive, meaningful relationships with the people you support

You Don't Need Experience to Make an ImpactGreat DSPs come from all kinds of backgrounds. You may be a great fit if you're dependable, compassionate, patient, and enjoy helping others.No DSP or healthcare experience is required. We'll provide paid training and the tools you need to succeed.QualificationsMust be at least 18 years old

High school diploma or GED required

Valid driver's license and proof of insurance

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with mobility as needed

Ability to use basic technology for electronic documentation

Must complete required background checks and health screenings
