- Union Pay Scale: $49.73 $74.11 per hour*

- Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity*
- Provide emergency nursing care to trauma, cardiac, stroke, pediatric, and medical-surgical patients*
- Initiate IV access, administer medications, and manage emergency interventions*
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to life-threatening conditions*
- Assist with trauma resuscitations and critical procedures*
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams*
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions*
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards*
- Ensure patient safety and uphold evidence-based emergency nursing practices
- Active Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) License (or ability to obtain prior to start date)*
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required*
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred*
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification*
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required*
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification preferred *
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred*
- Minimum 12 years of Emergency Department or high-acuity acute care experience preferred*
- Strong clinical judgment, multitasking ability, and critical thinking skills
- 3x12 night shift schedule*
