Full-Time Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) Emmett, ID Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced and motivated Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to join a trusted healthcare partner in Emmett, ID. This is a great opportunity for an RN who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to delivering excellence in emergency patient care.Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of all ages*
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs in a high-acuity setting*
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and advanced clinical interventions*
- Collaborate with physicians, trauma teams, and interdisciplinary staff*
- Perform rapid patient assessments and document accurate clinical findings*
- Respond effectively to critical situations, including trauma, cardiac, and respiratory emergencies*
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support patient stabilization and treatment*
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Idaho*
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred*
- BLS Basic Life Support
- ACLS Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
- PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- TNCC Trauma Nursing Core Course
- Previous emergency department or critical care experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities*
- Ability to quickly adapt in high-pressure or rapidly changing patient situations*
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills*
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional integrity
