Full Time ER Registered Nurse Near Gallup, NM Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a respected healthcare facility in Gallup, New Mexico to hire a Full Time Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN). This is an outstanding opportunity for ER nurse seeking a full-time position with strong professional support, competitive compensation, and a unique Southwestern lifestyle.Position Overview The Emergency Room Registered Nurse provides rapid, high-quality care to patients presenting with urgent, emergent, and life-threatening conditions. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to patient-centered emergency care.Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a busy Emergency Department*
- Perform rapid patient assessments and triage based on acuity*
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments per physician orders*
- Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition*
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams*
- Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards*
- Educate patients and families regarding treatments, procedures, and discharge instructions*
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety guidelines, and emergency protocols
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico or compact license*
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)*
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required*
- TNCC certification preferred*
