This full-time position plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring the hotel's common spaces, pool area, and exterior grounds are consistently clean, safe, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

*Assist the front desk in responding to guest requests, including delivering items, handling service needs, and providing general assistance.

*Serve as a visible, friendly presence throughout the property, offering courteous and professional guest interactions

*Clean and maintain all public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and public restrooms

*Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area

* Must have strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, ability to work independently

*Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and be on feet for extended periods of time
