Join Our Team as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner!

We're currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our inpatient care team at the University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center in Largo, Maryland.

Your Role:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management visits
- Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as needed
- Diagnose mental health conditions and formulate evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, integrated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- PMHNP-BC certification
- Maryland license, DEA, and CDS (required)
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure is preferred
- Inpatient psychiatry experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to care
