Full Time Manager Cardiac Catheterization Lab - Monterey, CASign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance Offered Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a leading medical center in Monterey, California to find an experienced Manager for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. This is a key leadership role for a dynamic professional ready to oversee operations, ensure exceptional patient care, and drive departmental excellence in a state-of-the-art facility.Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring high-quality and efficient patient care.*
- Manage and mentor a team of technologists, nurses, and support staff.*
- Develop and implement protocols to maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards.*
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and workflow for optimal lab performance.*
- Ensure equipment maintenance and collaborate with biomedical staff as needed.*
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.*
- Assist in budget preparation, supply management, and cost control.*
- Serve as a clinical resource and participate in performing specialized procedures when needed.
- Bachelors degree (Required)*
- RCIS or ARRT, California CRT, and Fluoroscopy license (Required)*
- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status per American Heart Association standards (Required)
- Minimum 3 years leadership experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology Lab (Required)*
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Cardiac Cath technologist performing specialized procedures (Required)*
- Proven ability to manage teams, drive operational improvements, and deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Proximity to the world-renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row
