Full-Time MedSurg / ER Registered Nurse Imperial, NEConnected Health Care Partnered Opportunity

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Full-Time MedSurg / ER Registered Nurse to join a respected healthcare facility in Imperial, NE. This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate, driven RN looking to make a difference in a close-knit community hospital setting while advancing their clinical skills in both Medical-Surgical and Emergency Room environments.

Job Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in MedSurg and Emergency settings Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to established standards Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Education & Certification Requirements: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nebraska (or compact state eligibility) BLS, ACLS, and PALS required within 6 months of hire (offered in-house) TNCC required within 6 months of hire Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN or BSN) required Prior MedSurg and/or ER experience preferred, but not required
