Full Time Med/Surg RN Work Near Coeur dAlene, ID Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a respected healthcare facility near Coeur dAlene, ID to hire a Full Time Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med/Surg RN). This is an excellent opportunity for an RN seeking stability, professional growth, and a high quality of life in a scenic Idaho community.Position Overview The Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care across a variety of medical and post-surgical conditions. This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented RN who thrives in a collaborative hospital environment.Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult and geriatric patients in a Med/Surg unit*
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document care accurately*
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders*
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse managers, and interdisciplinary teams*
- Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and discharge instructions*
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and nursing best practices*
- Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho or compact license*
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)*
- BLS certification required*
- ACLS preferred*
- Previous Med/Surg or acute care experience preferred, but not required
