Job Description
Multimodality Radiology Technologist (X-Ray & CT) Salinas, California Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a skilled Multimodality Radiology Technologist to join our partner hospital in Salinas, CA. This is a rare opportunity to work in both X-Ray and CT modalities, in a supportive, technology-forward environment with top-tier pay, relocation assistance, and a generous sign-on bonus.Job Responsibilities
- Perform both diagnostic radiographic (X-Ray) and computed tomography (CT) procedures according to physician orders and department protocols.*
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and image quality for optimal diagnostic value.*
- Administer contrast materials as needed, adhering to safety guidelines.*
- Perform venipuncture for contrast injection.*
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, following radiation safety protocols.*
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in the EMR (Meditech; transitioning to Epic).*
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- California State Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray) License (Required)*
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Radiography (R) Certification (Required)*
- ARRT Computed Tomography (CT) Certification (Required)*
- California Fluoroscopy License (Required)*
- California Venipuncture License (Required)
- Prior multimodality (X-Ray & CT) experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred*
- Strong technical skills and patient care abilities*
- Experience with Meditech and/or Epic preferred
