Full-time Music School Lesson Coordinator - Costa Mesa, CA

About the PositionThe Inside Voice is seeking a responsible, fun, detail oriented candidate for our full-time lesson coordinator position. The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset. A demonstrated interest in music and music education would be an asset. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Registering new clients
• Client scheduling
• Client billing
• Teacher scheduling
• Answer calls & emails
• Daily Schedule Revision

• Reception, During Teaching Hours
  • Answer phone calls and emails regarding current and new student scheduling 
• Help assist in planning recitals and other events 
• Regular up-keep of the school
  • Vacuuming, keeping workstations organized, resetting the school for the next day, organizing mail.

The hours required for this position are 10am-6:30pm Monday - Thursday, with some flexibility.
