Full Time Occupational Therapist Rapid City, SD Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated Full Time Occupational Therapist to join a top healthcare facility in Rapid City, South Dakota. This is a great opportunity for an OT looking to make a meaningful impact in patient recovery while enjoying the natural beauty and welcoming community of Western South Dakota.Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients functional abilities and limitations*
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, daily living skills, and independence*
- Provide hands-on therapy and education to patients and families*
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams*
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports*
- Support patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Active South Dakota Occupational Therapist License (or eligibility)*
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Masters or Doctorate)*
- Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)*
- Previous clinical experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
