Full-Time Occupational Therapist South of Grand Forks, ND Connected Health Care, a leading healthcare recruitment and staffing firm, is partnering with a top healthcare provider in Grand Forks, ND to hire a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT). This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled OT to join a collaborative and supportive team while making a meaningful impact on patients lives.Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in a dynamic clinical setting. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement occupational therapy treatment plans for patients of all ages*
- Provide individualized therapy to improve patients physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning*
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists*
- Educate patients and families on strategies to support recovery and daily living activities*
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress*
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs*
- Assist with quality improvement initiatives and patient outcome tracking
- Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in North Dakota*
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program*
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills*
- Experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred*
- CPR/BLS certification
