Job Description
Full-Time CRNA Near Aberdeen, SD Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a critical access facility in Aberdeen, South Dakota. This position is ideal for experienced CRNAs with strong OB skillsepidurals, central lines, and blocks are essential. Join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a supportive rural hospital setting.Job Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and obstetric procedures*
- Administer regional anesthesia including epidurals and spinal blocks*
- Insert and manage central lines and perform ultrasound-guided nerve blocks*
- Monitor patients during surgery and adjust anesthetics as needed*
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare providers*
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with safety protocols*
- Demonstrate strong communication and leadership within the care team
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthetist program approved by the AANA*
- Licensed and registered as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in the State of South Dakota
- Must have current ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications*
- Proven experience in OB anesthesia and critical access settings preferred*
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability essential
- Must be able to assist patients using proper body mechanics*
- Requires a high level of social sensitivity and professional communication*
- Independent judgment and initiative are key to success in this role
