Full-Time Physical Therapist Huron, SD Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join one of our trusted healthcare partners in Huron, South Dakota. - Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with physical disabilities or injuries*
- Assist patients in improving mobility, restoring function, and managing pain*
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care*
- Educate patients and families about home exercise programs, lifestyle modifications, and rehabilitation goals*
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans*
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal physical therapy regulations
- Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program*
- Current South Dakota Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain)*
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience preferred*
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings a plus
